Limoncello made from a traditional Italian recipe. No colour added and only the zest of our farm lemons infused. Every time a bottle is opened it makes me think of summer scenes like this one.

Cider Apple Jelly

I make the Cider Apple Jelly using the juice of the Kingston Black. It makes for a richer taste and means I never run into  toffee apple territory. Cutting the sugar in half means it’s at home as a ‘fruit cheese’ along with some bitey cheddar or blue and a real tangy kicker on a parmesan scone.
